When your estimate is ready, we’ll schedule a time to sit down and review it together. We can walk you through the full project scope, answer questions, and make changes as needed. Creating a plan

As soon as you’re ready to move forward, we move quickly to develop and finalize your project plan. We do as much work as we can upfront, before construction starts, so we can avoid disrupting delays.

 

During the planning phase, we can source architectural drawings and floor plans, navigate your local permit requirements, order materials, and more. 

 

Construction management 

When construction begins, you’ll work directly with your project manager until the work is complete. They oversee the day-to-day operations of your project and ensures that the schedule progresses as planned. They’re also your point-person during the build phase, so you always know what’s happening and why.

 

Once our work is done, we arrange a final walk-through. We’ll review the end result together, answer any questions, and confirm that everything meets your standards.
